About Me

Jason Kim's 20 years of full-time experience in the real estate field, combined with his total dedication and commitment to client satisfaction, ensure that all details of a purchase or sales transaction are planned, managed and executed in the most timely, proficient manner. With honesty, integrity and professional ethics his trademarks, Jason has a true desire to help clients in any way possible, and to achieve the outstanding results they so truly deserve.

Korean born and residing in Manhattan since 1973, Jason became involved in the real estate industry in 1987 when his father became a member of the Board of Directors of Lower East Side of New York. Himself a member of the New Jersey Association of Realtors and Eastern Bergen County Board of Realtors, Jason also served as management director of a multi-use commercial building before joining Douglas Elliman. Prior to entering real estate, Jason worked in the fashion apparel retail business.

Jason applies his high energy and enthusiasm, excellent marketing skills and strong negotiating savvy to streamlining deals for clients seeking or selling properties in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens. He takes time to discuss people's needs and to educate them throughout the process on market conditions, neighborhood offerings, pricing and renovation options so buyers and sellers can make sound decisions.
