Janine McQueeney

Janine is one of six children and can appreciate the need for space and a minimum of two bathrooms! Born and raised in Queens, Janine offers her expertise on what the county just outside “The Big Apple” has to offer. She especially enjoys the diversity and availability of NY.

Janine believes it is invaluable to keep current on market conditions and local real estate news. She regularly forwards articles of interest to her customers, clients and colleagues so as to be their Real Estate Resource.

Prior to becoming a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson, Janine held the position of Controller for a firm she was with for 14 years in New York City. As such she handled the multiple tasks necessary to successfully manage numerous clients and supervise staff. Janine incorporates her ability to multi-task and manage into her real estate business by ensuring that the many parties involved in a real estate transaction; buyers, sellers, co-operating brokers, home inspectors, mortgage brokers, attorneys, appraisers, and management companies perform their functions so as to get the deal to the closing table in the least amount of time and most convenient for all.

Janine appreciates that for most people buying and/or selling real estate can be very emotional. Her easy going nature and sensitivity allow her to gently hold your hand through the process yet also bringing her business abilities to the transaction. .
