About Me

Iris Dauber Elbaz is an Associate Broker specializing in Lofts, townhouses, new developments and Commercial real estate. Prior to re-joining Elliman, where she has worked since the opening of our Williamsburg office in 2007, she worked in Downtown Manhattan. For the past 4 years she oversaw real estate development projects in terms of design, development and marketing of luxury properties internationally. Iris's global relationships provide her clients optimal and efficient results and service.

As a longtime Esquire building resident, Iris has complete Williamsburg knowledge and is able to relay this as a benefit to her clients. Iris has served as a trusted advisor in regard to luxury sales and developments for some of the most influential people in Israel.

An architect by education, married to a developer, she has served as a trusted advisor in regards to analysis, marketing and design of new developments. Her diverse experience taught her how to identify synergies, target the right audience, and ultimately produce results
