Polly has a degree in Marketing and 18 years of marketing experience, primarily for an international business to business publishing company. Having grown up in Taiwan (she is fluent in Mandarin) and done extensive international business travel, Polly is comfortable working with people from any part of the world and any walk of life. She says, "I'm good with people. I can talk to anybody." In fact, she says, "I enjoy the challenge of working with discriminating, demanding clients. It makes it that much more meaningful when I find the key to making them happy. If I am having a difficult time, I move the muscles of my mouth into a smile; it changes the whole tone of the conversation." Everything she does is well reasoned, yet a real commitment and caring shine through.

After 17 years in NYC, Polly's enthusiasm for her adopted city is unabated. She loves exploring every nook and cranny, but loves even more coming home to the Upper West Side to her pug dog and her husband.
