Herve (pronounced air-vay) Senequier represents the new, professional alternative to Real Estate Brokerage: Thoroughly versed in his subject matter and superbly focused on the financial perspective of Real Estate.

Herve is the ‘other half” of the LUXURYLOFT team, Downtown’s leading brokers specializing in luxury lofts, apartments and townhouses. Born in France, Herve has been a resident of New York City for over 25 years, establishing himself as a leader in the Financial Markets arena focused on Risk Management, Administration and Information Technology: He has also lived in London and Paris. His experience as an investor in New York Real Estate spans over 20 years. He currently sits on the Board of the building he resides in, and is the Treasurer of a large midtown Condominium: This combined experience, with an insider’s understanding of a building’s management and inner workings, along with astute financial expertise, provides buyers with an invaluable resource…solid, informed knowledge, the kind of knowledge that fuels smart decision making.

Herve’s education includes two Master’s degrees in Nuclear and Electrical Engineering: His manner is approachable, friendly and extremely efficient. He has traveled the world extensively (being French, cooking is his obvious hobby-choice) and uses his broad experience and resources to provide investors, buyers and sellers (both experienced and in-experienced) with a maturity and knowledge that guides them towards informed, intelligent choices.
