About Me

Gregory's passion for the city, knowledge of the market and experience buying and selling make him both qualified and enthusiastic when it comes to navigating your real estate transaction. A strong negotiator with vast expertise and contacts, he is fully dedicated to serving your needs and ensuring the best value and results possible.

Gregory has done deals on the Upper East and West Sides of Manhattan, in Washington Heights, Greenwich Village, and many neighborhoods in between. He believes in openly discussing what his clients want and informing them honestly about what to expect in the current market. His hands-on personal service and keen attention to detail have consistently led to thanks, praise and referrals from his satisfied clientele.

Born and raised on Long Island, Gregory attended college at Syracuse University. He has lived in New York City for over 35 years in Brooklyn, Queens, and Manhattan since 1991. Gregory currently resides in Hamilton Heights with his wife. He previously worked in the creative services departments at several publishing companies, with his last position as head of the marketing design team at Oxford University Press.

Gregory's well-honed eye extends to his personal artistic side as well, as an experienced watercolor artist with paintings in both private and corporate collections.
