His gifted negotiation abilities enabled him to close the aforementioned projects both piece-by-piece and in-bulk; never deterred, Gilad has always and will always pursue buyers and investors where they are, whether that be in the City, in the United States, or overseas. His intimate real-estate knowhow and personal self-mastery were instrumental to his election as President of the Condo Board at his Trump residence, on which board he served selflessly for 4 years.
