His gifted negotiation abilities enabled him to close the aforementioned projects both piece-by-piece and in-bulk; never deterred, Gilad has always and will always pursue buyers and investors where they are, whether that be in the City, in the United States, or overseas. Never to be left behind, he is constantly refining his methods and adapting to new markets, wherever they might be.

His intimate real-estate knowhow and personal self-mastery were instrumental to his election as President of the Condo Board at his Trump residence, on which board he served selflessly for 4 years.
