About Me

Franzelle Byer is a true native New Yorker. Having been born and raised in Brooklyn; residing in Queens, and having worked in Manhattan for almost ten years she has a wealth of knowledge of various neighborhoods in these boroughs. Prior to joining Douglas Elliman, Franzelle was affiliated with one of Brooklyn's top ranking real estate firms. Her experience there and her twenty years of experience in the insurance industry negotiating settlements with attorneys and physicians/medical facilities, have given her great ability to communicate with perspective buyers and sellers --- addressing their needs and helping them navigate through negotiations seamlessly. As a real estate agent and homeowner, she understands the questions and frustrations that go along with the ins- and -outs of real estate and offers information on the current market within the purview of real estate.

A mother of three, she enjoys spending time with her children and in her spare time working on various DIY renovation projects in her home.
