About Me

In his near decade of experience in Manhattan real estate and being dually licensed in NY and NJ, Eric Fischler has contributed to one of the top producing teams on the Upper West Side closing more than 70 deals in 2015 alone.

With an expertise in creative marketing, positioning, and keen negotiating tactics, Eric applies a customized approach to each client and understands the importance of discretion, efficiency, and incomparable personal attention. Drawing upon his extensive background in financial services, Eric understands the intricacies of the emotions and financial implications involved in a real estate transaction. He equally knows the importance of professionalism, transparency and confidentiality in all his dealings, which Eric capably offers every buyer and seller he serves.

"I believe it is essential that clients are knowledgeable about the market they are actively pursuing," says Eric, who makes it his job to impart the most up-to-date information and trends in the industry. A native Manhattanite, Eric holds a Master's degree from Columbia University. Prior to entering real estate, he spent six years at Morgan Stanley, two of which were in London, in Prime Brokerage dealing with hedge funds and high-net-worth individuals. He also previously worked as a Corporate Nutritionist for a major investment firm on Wall Street.
