After nearly two decades of doing construction, renovation and design work,and one decade of selling residences in Manhattan, I am uniquely qualified tohelp people find homes they might otherwise overlook. Many times smallchanges make a big difference in making an apartment suitable or saleable.I help my customers see the possibilities and potential in a property, andhave the knowledge and experience to get them through the entire renovationprocess, de-mystifying the buildings rules and the city permit process,finding qualified architects and contractors, and organizing the job so itcan come in on time and on budget.
