Dina Lewis, a real estate professional for over ten years, has earned nearly every top honor at Douglas Elliman including the Platinum Award; Broker of the Month in her office; the Top Grossing Broker company-wide. Dina loves the daily challenge and excitement of her real estate work, and it shows not just in her effectiveness at matching buyers with great properties, but in the satisfied reactions and sincere thanks she continually receives from her clientele. "Working with buyers is like taking them on a treasure hunt. I enjoy helping people discover the various niches throughout the city, opening their eyes to new possibilities, and then narrowing their wish lists to find that unique gem they can call home."
An enthusiastic, energetic and extremely efficient professional, she breaks down the real estate process into easy, manageable steps for others, making it smooth and informative, yet fun and exciting. Dina is equally praised by sellers for her seasoned vast market knowledge, accurate pricing ability, and exceptional marketing and negotiation skills. This proud 25-year Manhattanite has lived all over the city, and so understands the diversities inherent in the market. Dina offers sellers the utmost in full-service real estate through every step of the transaction.
Today, at Douglas Elliman, Dina works one-on-one with buyers in finding their ideal home. She also provides exemplary full service to sellers, maximizing every sale with her impeccable marketing and negotiating skills. She has broken several real estate records, including achieving the highest price per square foot ever in a West Village co-op and also selling the most expensive condominium ever in the history of Downtown Manhattan. Dina has achieved over $1.2 billion in sales and have sold apartments in some of the most notable buildings in Manhattan such as The Time Warner Center; Superior Ink; Artisan Lofts; 21 Astor Place; The Greenwich; 260 Park Avenue South; 240 Park Avenue South; Trump Park Avenue; 25 West Houston; The Chatham; The Chelsea Mercantile; The Urban Glass House; The Brompton; and 160 Wooster to name a few - often achieving record prices per square foot. She has also represented entire building developments including 1055 Park Avenue, 137 East 13th Street, and 34 Greene Street. Her business model is built on the fact - that when people hire Dina - they get Dina exclusively. She does not have a large team, nor does sheoutsource showings, board packages, or marketing to assistants. She works with less buyers and sellers in an average year than other top real estate teams in order to be able to give each and every person she work with as much personalized service as possible - which has resulted in a solid track record of repeat business with many happy clients.
Dina, originally from Englewood, New Jersey, graduated from St. Lawrence University. Moving to Manhattan after graduation, she epitomized what being young and ambitious in New York City is all about, working the streets as a bike messenger and dog walker. Turning her attention to her field of studies, Dina became a successful freelance writer, but knew her ultimate passion was to help others find happiness in a home as she had done herself. Dina is also a former marathon runner who still enjoys the sport. Dina is an active member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) and looks forward to assisting you with all of your real estate needs.
