About Me

I find enormous enjoyment in my career as a residential real estate specialist. From the moment I pick up the phone and make initial contact with a buyer or seller, I am enveloped in a most intriguing process that involves getting to know that person's needs and utilizing the many resources available to me to meet the challenge of achieving their purchase or sales goals.

My success as a self-employed professional for over 25 years fuels my ability to deal effectively with others no matter what their price level or position in life. As it is my native language, I have taught French to business executives of major French and American corporations. In doing so, I have created my own teaching method, utilized French financial terms, and closely adapted to the needs of international firms including banks, law firms, etc. This diversity and customization in my work has enabled me to be adept when it comes to understanding my clientele and to capably helping them realize their aspirations.

Whether seeking or selling a moderately priced apartment or a multi-million-dollar penthouse, I am comfortable with and confident in the results I can produce for individual or corporate clients. When not hard at work, I am also very focused as well as athletic. I play tennis and squash, plus have a great appreciation for opera, classical music, fine cooking and antiques. Twice a year, I visit my home in France to see relatives, and love traveling in Europe where I enjoy discovering various nationalities.

Denise was awarded by the French Government the " Ministere de la jeunesse, de l'Education Nationale et de la Recherche nominated "Chevalier dans l'Ordre des Palmes Academiques' " , an honor for her 25 years of work in New York in teaching French and introducing business French, French culture and French Literature to Executives in Major Corporations.
