Prior to joining Prudential Douglas Elliman, Debra ran one of Manhattan’s finest boutique brokerage firms, Debra Kameros Company in Greenwich Village, for 25 years, forging an outstanding reputation for selling some of the most unique properties Downtown and throughout the city. She built her name, and her team, on the valued principles of integrity, humanity, dedication and accessibility. Commanding respect and admiration from clients and peers alike, Debra and her firm were eyed by many top brokerage houses before joining forces with Prudential Douglas Elliman. Today they still occupy the same office space where they built their legendary success, and lend their unparalleled knowledge and expertise to loyal clients.

Debra’s honest, down-to-earth, full-service-and-beyond approach is truly a breath of fresh air. A native New Yorker and graduate of Stuyvesant High School where she still remains active, Debra went on to study Comparative Literature in English and Italian, which she speaks fluently, at SUNY Stony Brook. She is a longtime resident of the West Village and the mother of two daughters. Outside of work and family, Debra is passionate about music, literature, food, languages, travel, Italy and all things Italian, skiing (especially in Colorado), New Orleans, and of course, New York City.
