About Me

Cynthia is a native New Yorker who after many years of teaching and working in university administration in New Mexico and Colorado, permanently moved back to Manhattan 2003. Within a few months, she discovered residential sales and found that many of the strengths and skills she had developed in her academic career served her well in assisting both purchasers and sellers successfully manage real estate transactions. Creative thinking and tenacity enhance her ability to provide effective solutions for even the most fraught situations; whether negotiating with buyers on behalf of a seller, or packaging a winning purchase application on behalf of a purchaser. The longer she lives in this magical city, the more she appreciates all that it has to offer and the happier she is that she returned to the city that she is proud to call home.
