About Me

For Consuelo Garrido, real estate has always been more than a business, it's a passion.

She has been involved in the purchase and selling of properties both professionally and for herself through the changing real estate market conditions of the past 15 years. Whether helping a family find that special place that says "home" like no other, discovering overlooked gems and improving them, or assisting sellers in how to present their property for an optimized sale, she has acquired an in-depth understanding of what to look for in a property and a keen sense for spotting opportunities.

Originally from Venezuela, she has lived in a half dozen cities around the world and has traveled extensively. Spanish is her mother tongue while being fluent in English and Italian. She understands first-hand the unique challenges of relocation, whether it's across the country or across the globe and is the perfect guide for gaining perspective of South Florida.

Before arriving in Miami, Consuelo lived in Chicago and Los Angeles. In L.A. she worked in boutique real estate firm Hampton Pacific, which gave her the opportunity to participate in one of the most dynamic markets in the country. Her previous experience in marketing and advertising has provided her with a foundation of great communication, negotiation and customer service skills so important in a successful real estate transaction.

Miami, the North American gateway to Latin America and Europe, is a perfect fit for a realtor like her; A city in midst of reshaping itself into one of the most vibrant urban center in the country, rich with promise and opportunity. Consuelo's knowledge of the city and its culture coupled with her experience is a great asset to any buyer or seller.
