A native New Yorker, born, raised and currently living on the Upper West Side, Chris has an intimate knowledge of Manhattan's diverse neighborhoods. Also, having lived abroad, in London, England for five years, Chris knows what it is like to make a big move and will make your next move as easy and stress free as possible.

As Associate Broker and an integral part of the Lense Group, one of the top real estate groups on the Upper West Side, Chris has contributed to closing over 275 transactions with a sales volume of $250,000,000 in the past four years. Since Chris has joined the group they have consistently been in the top 10 firm wide & the top 100 in the nationwide network of 64,000+ agents. From beginning the search with a buyer or the first discussions of marketing with a seller to the closing table, Chris has experience in dealing with every detail of a transaction.
