About Me

With a Masters in Business Administration specializing in Human Resources, Cheryl brings some excellent people skills to her job as a licensed Real Estate Salesperson. Working with people successfully with a good understanding of their needs and interests is an essential quality in this career field! Cheryl knows that good people skills are of vital importance for buyers and sellers alike!

In addition, Cheryl has lived in the local community for over 15 years and can help introduce buyers to the area and the wonderful things the North Shore of Long Island has to offer. With her two children (now teenagers) in the local school district she also has current information on the local schools. In addition, she was co-president of the Theodore Roosevelt PTA for 2003-2004.

With over 20 years in sales, marketing and client services. Cheryl brings vast knowledge to sellers on marketing their homes and how to interact successfully with the buyers and agents who tour the home. As a business person, she understands the importance of follow up with sellers on showings as well as running open houses to meet brokers and prospective buyers. She has a good attention to detail having been in the business world for many years.

The combination of a business background, as well as excellent people skills from her concentration in Human Resources during her career, make Cheryl an excellent Realtor for buyers and sellers in today's Real Estate climate.
