He was educated at the University of Arizona and holds a B.A. in Spanish Literature and has earned a number of professional designations including: Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), and Transnational Referral Certified (TRC). Carter makes his home in Dix Hills, New York where he reside with his physician- wife, Carolyne, and their two small children Jack and Juliette. York.
