Carlo has lived in South Florida for over two decades and has experienced the transformation of Miami and Miami Beach, where he gained an extensive amount of experience in Real Estate by investing into several major projects, as board member of many condo associations, and as an active participant in hundreds of real estate transactions. Carlo also acted as investor/developer of a 319 unit project, The Sterling, in West Palm Beach, and personally handled the sales of several projects including City 24 in Miami.
After working for several years for Kent Karlock in his South Beach office, Gambino then decided to join forces with good friend and business associate William Carson to open their own boutique agency, Carson Realty Group. Carlo added an international business edge and sophistication to Carson's experience with local and international developers. CRG opened its first office on Miami Beach in 2002 and offered exclusive one-on-one services by more than 160 experienced real estate professionals from five difference locations throughout South Florida. The company reached over one billion in sales in just eight short years and a listing inventory of over $600 million of new development, re-sales, and commercial real estate under his leadership.
In December of 2010, Carson Realty Group joined forces with Douglas Elliman Florida in order to develop one of the most powerful and effective real estate firms in South Florida.
Now, as Executive Vice President for Douglas Elliman, Carlo is able to provide his clients with the best service, experience and professionalism that comes from over twenty years of working in the South Florida Market, with the backing of one of the most impressive Real Estate companies in the World.
"I take great pride on my job and helping my clients, no matter how big or small the transaction, I enjoy sharing my experience and making sure that my clients are 100% satisfied with the results" says Gambino.
