Bruce Wayne Solomon a veteran New York City real estate broker with over 20 years of experience in the real estate marketplace has one motto when it comes to assisting his buyers or sellers. “You must know your business inside and out and treat everyone you come in contact with as though they were a member of your family treating them with respect, patience, compassion and regardless of the circumstance… always doing the right thing!

A Massachusetts native and avid outdoorsman he is commonly inviting guests on nature walks/rides in the picturesque Hamptons where he is an elected member of the Wainscott Citizens Advisory Committee a Hamlet of the Town of East Hampton. He also enjoys participating in charity races like the Corporate Challenge in Central Park & Gods Love We Deliver also one of his favorite charities.

He has finished 9 Boston Marathons during his 25 year running career and he claims it is his tribute to his New England roots. An artistic person by nature and trained interior designer he brings many talents to the table when assisting his Sellers in preparing their homes for the marketplace. You would be astonished how many times my clients gained more efficient monetary returns on the sale of their property by having me re-stage it with their own furnishings, exclaims Bruce.
