Bill came to Prudential Douglas Elliman in 2005. Since his arrival, he has been a consistent producer for our team. His attention to detail, and tireless dedication to delivering the highest level of personal service to his clients has led to becoming Exclusive Broker to National franchises. Bill also has extensive experience in negotiating the purchase and sale of residential properties, with a specialty in Multi-Family properties. Bill's dedication to his clients is second-to-none.

A Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics from Baruch College, coupled with 10 years of Accounting work experience enables Bill to analyze investment opportunities inside and out. These skills have helped Bill and the PDE team represent both Buyers and Sellers in the acquisition and disposal of Investment Properties.

Over the course of Bill’s career, he has successfully represented both Landlords and Tenants in many retail leasing transactions.
