About Me

Beverley Draggon can honestly say that real estate is in her blood. Growing up in Jamaica with a family who owned many properties, Beverley followed in their footsteps and she purchased real estate at a young age.

Today Beverley enjoys sharing her knowledge with loyal clients, and is proud of her status as a top-producing broker. Her success is based on her tenacity, integrity, strong knowledge of inventory and neighborhoods, as well as the great care and attention she provides to each clientele.

Prior to joining Douglas Elliman, Beverley impressively ranked in the Top 1% of brokers in a thriving real estate firm. She also earned several honors including Top Earning Agent, Top Listing Agent, Million-Dollar-Club member and Platinum award winner. Before entering real estate professionally, Beverley had a successful career as a restaurant manager and owner.

Beverley truly has a love affair with New York, having sold and rented apartments spanning from Bronx to Brooklyn. Her primary focus is Manhattan, yet she boasts an extensive knowledge of every other part of the city. When pricing an apartment or townhouse, Beverley will go the extra mile to evaluate your property accurately by directly conferring with an appraiser to achieve the best price possible. Buyers are just as closely tended to in terms of making sure they receive the most value for their purchase. Beverley's vast sale and rent experience helps her clients in all areas, and represents her versatility in working in all facets of real estate.

The best advice Beverley would give someone looking to buy, rent or sell an apartment is, "Don't be afraid to ask questions. For buyers and renters, do be prepared with your qualifications so you can seize opportunity when it strikes." While work is her priority, Beverley also finds time to volunteer with various worthwhile organizations such as The American Heart Association, Gay Men's Health Crisis, and New York Cares.
