About Me

Belinda Brackenridge grew up in New York City on Fifth Avenue and attended The Spence School, boarding school in Virginia and Columbia University. She has lived on Park Avenue for the past 30 years where she raised her family and has spent all her summers in East Hampton, Long Island, enjoying the golf course and the beach.

Belinda has had 2 careers in her life, ones that actually do overlap as she has found. The first was as a paid fund raiser establishing Special Gift Committees (high end contributors) for various political campaigns and for the Metropolitan Museum of Art. She began her real estate life in 1980.

Belinda's wide range of acquaintances, their various lifestyles, and her deep knowledge of New York City, have equipped her to offer the most appropriate properties to her customers for what can be the most important financial and emotional investment of their lives.

In her over twenty five years of real estate experience Belinda knows that markets go up, and markets go down, inventory expands and contracts, but value in real estate in New York City has only grown.
