ATOUSSA H. HASKIN
DOUGLAS ELLIMAN

Residential Broker Specialist, Atoussa Haskin applies her wealth of talents to continually satisfy the needs of customers who rely on her for the highest quality real estate representation. Combining her expertise with the extensive resources available to her, Atoussa can seamlessly translate market information to orchestrate the most positive outcome for every real estate transaction.

Former longtime Director of Sales and Marketing in the hospitality industry, Atoussa is respected for her extensive market knowledge and abilities in the art of presentation, negotiation and customer relations. Since entering the real estate field, she has furthered her reputation as an experienced sales professional, whose market knowledge spans from the Wall Street area where she works on-site at a new high-end condominium development named Cipriani Club Residences since February 1st, 2006 to the Upper East Side where she is marketing a multi-million-dollar townhouse. Atoussa is one of the original members who is been working at this trophy project with hotel services and amenities and is been very instrumental in selling most of the apartments.

Originally from Iran, Atoussa, who spent time in Europe before moving to Los Angeles, was fortunate to have met and interacted with various cultures and people from all over the world. After earning a degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, she pursued a successful hotel sales and marketing career. Upon moving to New York City in 1997 with her husband, she worked at the upscale Stanhope Hotel where her responsibilities included negotiating sales contracts with major corporate clients.

When not working hard for her customers, Atoussa likes taking creative classes, such as painting, pottery and sculpture. She also loves to exercise and volunteering her time at the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
