Andre Rouach is a seasoned real estate professional who, for more than 15 years, has gone above and beyond to satisfy the unique needs of his diverse and discerning clientele. Drawing upon his vast knowledge of the Manhattan marketplace, as well as his keen insight on the various financial and legal aspects of a deal, Andre eases clients through the purchase or sale process while inspiring sound, confident decisions.

Knowing that the real estate process is as emotionally charged as it is financially impactful, Andre takes great care to put his clientele’s needs first and provide the attentive service they deserve. Yet a home is also an important investment, one of great value. It is with this in mind that Andre also approaches each deal, always making sure that his customers are getting the most for their money.

Originally from Paris, Andre speaks fluent French, Hebrew and English. He has traveled throughout Europe extensively, and has lived in New York City since 1990. Prior to entering real estate, which always fascinated Andre; he came from a technology/electronics background plus managed and sold for a travel agency in London.

Andre’s goal is to not only provide exceptional service and achieve outstanding results for his real estate clients, but to earn their loyalty and establish a lasting relationship based on trust. It’s no wonder then that he continually enjoys both referrals and repeat business from those he’s previously served.

Fluent in English, French and Hebrew, Andre came to real estate from a background in electronics. He resides in downtown Brooklyn with his family. Andre is also an expert chess player, plus enjoys reading and working out when time allows.
