About Me

Alyx Kilian, winner of the Real Estate Board of New York's Residential Deal of the Year, has represented clients from major multinational corporations in their search for apartments for senior executives and their families. She specializes in and has been successful in finding the right home for many, many New Yorkers. Alyx is intimately familiar with New York's premier co-ops and condos. By listening to her clients and understanding what they are seeking, she builds relationships, finds the right apartment, and gets the transaction successfully completed. "The most rewarding aspect of business comes from referrals and repeat customers."Alyx is a co-op owner on the East Side, and has additionally served on her co-op's Board of Directors. A graduate of Syracuse University with a degree in psychology, she began her career in the financial industry in retail sales and institutional investments for major firms, including Oppenheimer & Co., Dean Witter and Prudential Securities. She enjoys playing piano, writing and water sports.
