I represent buyers & sellers with the utmost integrity, and offer a refined, consultative approach to the real estate transaction. I approach each client interaction with a fresh eye and understand that just as every client is unique, so is each and every deal that I'm involved in. I truly enjoy learning about each client's needs, and make it my top priority to ensure they are at ease during the entire process. I tailor my approach to the situation and provide as much or as little guidance, education and advice as my clients desire!

When working with buyers, I start at the beginning and work with my clients on financing, providing support as they prepare to make one of the biggest purchases of their lives. My Wall Street background enables me to carefully analyze each potential deal from an investment perspective as I offer unbiased advice on the investment stability and sustainability of properties, buildings and neighborhoods. I employ expert negotiation tactics while preparing offers and work tirelessly on my clients behalf towards the offer's acceptance. I work with my clients on preparing for board interviews and coordinate attorneys, lenders and appraisers.

When listing properties, I provide sellers with detailed market analysis to accompany my recommendations. I am an innovative and aggressive marketer and will utilize cross-channel tactics to create a buzz around your listing and get you in front of as many potential buyers as possible. I prequalify all buyers and ensure they are fully vetted before an offer ever gets through to my clients. I apply the same drive, initiative and follow through as I did during my Wall Street career when I serviced hedge funds with upwards of $1 billion under management.

I bring my sharp analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and high degree of discipline to every aspect of your real estate transaction. I am an innately goal-driven, service-oriented entrepreneur who is serious about success, and about upholding the utmost standards of integrity. During my tenure at Goldman Sachs, I became the youngest manager to surpass the Federal Reserve's goals for operational risk management in credit derivative transactions. I was a leader in implementing successful derivative trading platforms around the globe and was handpicked for overseas assignments in London, Spain and Tokyo.

I am a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker in the State of New York and hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Spanish from Syracuse University. I live on Manhattan's Upper West Side, and am a Manhattan USTA League tennis player.
