Alex, associate broker with Douglas Elliman, has been working in Brooklyn real estate since 2004. He is a knowledgeable and experienced broker particularly in brownstone and Downtown Brooklyn neighborhoods and has been intimately involved with all aspects of residential real estate transactions from rentals to coop and condo purchases to townhouse sales. Alex has an extremely in depth knowledge of new condominium development in Brooklyn and has directly put together several brownstone condo conversions in Park Slope, Prospect Heights, Crown Heights, and Cobble Hill. He has overseen the entire condo conversion process from sight acquisition, to planning, to sell out. He took an early interest in the emerging condo market in Downtown Brooklyn and sold some of the first units in the new luxury towers including the Belltel Lofts where he now owns a unit.
