About Me

Gail's philosophy is simple: "Working on behalf of the buyer or seller, I make their goal my goal." She draws upon her expertise honed from a successful sales career in marketing services. Gail has a listening adeptness to glean exactly what is desired, insight to ask the right questions, a keen attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills that build successful relationships.

Prior to entering real estate, she worked in event planning, sales promotion for Fortune 500 accounts, and as an account supervisor in packaging design helping to launch domestic and global consumer product brands. This background helps Gail showcase a property at its best for the seller. "Selling a property is similar to bringing a new product to market - know your competition, position the property above the fray, and do it all with finesse and style." Working with buyers, she is just as sensitive to their wants, and strives to prepare them thoroughly so the process will be as smooth as possible.

Gail grew up in New Jersey. After receiving a degree in English Literature she moved to New York City and never left. She has lived on the West Side, Downtown and Midtown, and presently owns a townhouse in Murray Hill that is mixed use. Gail understands the lifestyle and advantages afforded by both townhouses and full-service buildings. Her two sons were privately schooled in the city from nursery through high school. Considering herself the quintessential New Yorker, Gail utilizes both her life and business experience to help others buy and sell one of their most cherished possessions - their home.
