In 1991 I began my real estate career selling condominiums and cooperatives apartments specializing in first time homebuyers. Since then I have sold and rented over $24,000,000 in gross volume. I was promoted to Vice President in January 2003.

I enjoy representing homeowners in the sale or renting of their apartments in Manhattan on an exclusive listing basis. In order to sell a home at the best price and terms I utilize a carefully thought out marketing plan which ensures the broadest possible market exposure. I am quite familiar with every Manhattan neighborhood whether downtown, east side, west side, or uptown, and I have sold in every area. Working with Douglas Elliman, the premier New York real estate brokerage company, I have access to an all-inclusive database of properties.

When I am not working on real estate sales and rentals I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, social clubs, running, reading books, and exploring all of the variety of experiences New York City offers. In 1986 I graduated from Wake Forest University in North Carolina with a B.A. in political science. In 1988 I graduated from New York University with a Masters in Public Administration. I grew up in Huntington, Long Island and moved to New York City in 1988.
