
Mukesh Vasvani began selling real estate in 1995 when New York City market was just recovering from a recession. He started his career as a rental agent in Brooklyn, at a time when neighborhoods like Williamsburg were not quite yet the hot destinations they are. He took that opportunity to learn the rental and sales market from the ground floor up, and managed to sell properties that others had given up on. Mukesh has since become a highly motivated and accomplished broker who has helped many buyers, sellers, investors and developers successfully achieve their goals.
Because of his ingenuity and effectiveness, many developers came to seek Mukesh’s guidance on all aspects of their projects from Midtown Manhattan to Brooklyn Heights. He is well versed in and knowledgeable of everything from site acquisition and scouting out promising condo projects to raising capital, launch marketing and sales.
His extensive network of contacts and seasoned experience gained over 15 years in the real estate business make Mukesh the perfect partner in the purchase or sale process. And his fluency in different languages allows him to serve a diverse multicultural client base.
Mukesh effectiveness is built on a wealth of diverse experience handling complex deals and running several businesses involving a variety of products and services. He studied Economics, Statistics and Computer Programming at the University of Bombay in India, plus furthered his studies at The New School in New York.
