Howard Margolis is a Executive Vice President at Prudential Douglas Elliman (PDE). With more than twenty years experience in real estate sales, 15 with PDE, Mr. Margolis has directed and managed over 500 top agents at PDE’s premier office on Madison Avenue in New York City which has generated over 3 billion dollars in annual sales volume consistently for the past several years.

In addition to his extensive management experience, Mr. Margolis has been one of PDE’s leading brokers who has directed sell-out sales programs of over $1 billion for many noteworthy properties including the conversion of the Manhattan House at 200 E. 66th Street, and The Apthorp Condominium located at 390 West End Avenue in New York City. At the time it was acquired, Manhattan House was the second most expensive sale of a rental building converted into condominiums.

An active member of the Real Estate Board of New York, Mr. Margolis frequently delivers speeches and offers his expertise stemming from his extensive experience in the Manhattan real estate market. Ranked in the top two percent of PDE’s sales network, Mr. Margolis is a four-time consecutive winner of the Chairman’s Platinum Award for the Chairman’s circle, a yearly ranking that the PDE network holds for their highest producers across the country.

Lending his hand to philanthropy, Mr. Margolis is an active member of New York’s Rockefeller University, which raises money for life-saving clinical research at Rockefeller University Hospital. Mr. Margolis also served as head committee member leading fundraising for the American Cancer Society.
