Catherine is an avid equestrian along with her daughter and participates on the sidelines with her son who has played Ice Hockey for various leagues over the last nine years. Her early years in fitness training and exercise physiology are apparent today as you will find her in the gym several times per week. Catherine says that regular exercise keeps her mind sharp and focused for her business.
