Prior to Real Estate, Rande was in Account Management at Young & Rubicam and BBDO. She was raised in Greenwich, CT, graduated from the Greenwich Country Day School and received a BA from Georgetown University. She is the President of her Condominium Board as well as the co-founder of the Georgetown University Real Estate Alliance. Rande is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
