Her unprecedented real estate development credits include some of the country's most prestigious properties: One Central Park and The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, New York at Time Warner Center, The Chatham, Superior Ink and 173 and 176 Perry Street, all of which set industry records.

As the former president of Related Sales, Ms. De Franca presided over $3 billion worth of sales within the company's luxury and super-luxury condominium portfolio, with properties located in New York, Boston, Chicago and Los Angeles. During her tenure she played a pivotal role in the firm's global brand positioning, residential marketing and public relations strategy. Ms. DeFranca also previously acted as Executive Vice President and Managing Director of The Sunshine Group ltd.
