Luciane Serifovic, the appointed Executive Vice President and Director of Rentals at Douglas Elliman, brings with her over a decade of experience in the rapidly expanding rental sector of the real estate market. 

Ms. Serifovic is responsible for overseeing rentals, the rental listings department, and landlord services primarily focusing in the New York, as well as the company’s developing markets.  She has extensive relationships with landlords, building managers, owners, real estate agents and customers in New York.  

Along with Douglas Elliman executives, she has re-developed the Agent Training Program, which has become a widely admired primer within the industry. 

Upon joining Douglas Elliman she said,“It’s an amazing luxury brand with the opportunity to serve our customer with all of their real estate needs.  Our team of experts is there for our customers in every aspect of the market, including rentals, sales, new development, mortgage, property management, relocation and title.”  Part of Ms. Serifovic’s goal is to build trusting relationships with landlords, renters, and agents, and to focus on bringing individualized service to the Elliman customer.  “With the reputation and reach of Douglas Elliman, and the backing of our hard working and talented agents, we can get the results our customers are looking for,” she said.     

Genuinely caring, enthusiastic,and organized, prior to her association with Douglas Elliman, she was the Senior Managing Director of Citi Habitats relocation division and ran their top producing offices since 2003.  Among her many benchmarks as an industry leader she was consistently in the top 20% highest producing offices of NRT, the largest real estate brokerage in the United States.

Ms. Serifovic is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York, and The New York Residential Specialist - NYRS®.

She has been profiled in the Mann Report, The Real Deal Real estate's rising stars. 

Dedicated to her family, health and fitness, Ms. Serifovic has turned running into a means of fundraising for various charities, including Shoe 4 Africa, a 5K run to build a Children’s Hospital in Kenya, and the Spartan Race, which helps provide specially adapted homes for severely injured veterans.  Ms. Serifovic is also a participant in Lean In, an organization of peer groups formed by Sheryl Sandberg the CEO of Facebook to offer women support and encouragement to achieve their goals. 

Brazilian born, Ms. Serifovic moved toNew York in 1998 from Rio De Janeiro, and is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, as well as English. She’s lives in New York with her husband and two children.
